Monday-Friday 8 am to 8 pm

Saturdays 8 am to 5 pm

Parking

You may park in front of our building and in the adjacent parking lots for Westport City Hall. These parking spots are all free and your vehicle will NOT be towed. Additionally, there is covered parking across the street at Manor Square.

Your Initial Visit
On your initial visit expect to spend time completing paperwork. To avoid time delays, you may download forms from the "Helpful Forms" tab. Please bring a picture ID and Insurance Card (if applicable). Please read signs in the lobby for texting your Clinician when you have arrived.

Office Phone
In order to provide privacy, and keep costs down, we do not have a phone receptionist or front-desk desk personnel. Please leave your name and phone number on the confidential v-mail (816) 224-4400 (speak slowly and clearly). Phone calls will be returned within the same or next business day.

After-Hour Appointments

If your appointment is scheduled after 6:00 pm or on weekends, please text or call your Clinician. The doors will be locked.

Confidentiality
At Focused Concentration, we pride ourselves in offering a comfortable, discrete, and confidential environment. Personal attention is given to each individual, couple, and/or family.

Payment
There are several options for payment. Please review the information about medical insurance or self-pay ("Payment Options" tab) to make appropriate financial decisions about your care.

If using medical insurance, co-pays are due at time of service. You may pre-pay on-line or by check at the time of service. We provide claims processing of most medical insurances once we have approval and a copy of your insurance card.
